Delivery

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom, carefully packing each order before it begins its journey to you,  just as we would hope to receive it ourselves :)

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 2 working days after you receive your order confirmation email. Weekends and UK public holidays are excluded.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email with shipping details and tracking information.

Processing times may occasionally vary. Please check the message on the basket page for the most up-to-date information.

If you have a specific date in mind, feel free to get in touch (hello@mikangeneralstore.com)  before placing your order. We’ll always do our best to help where possible.

Shipping methods and costs

Orders are sent using the shipping option you select at checkout. In rare cases, we may use a different carrier for operational reasons, but the service level and delivery aim will remain the same.

UK orders

International orders

At the moment, we’re focusing on a soft launch within the UK. International shipping is temporarily unavailable while we take the time to settle our processes and make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll be opening to international orders very soon, and we appreciate your patience as we get ready.
