We want you to enjoy every pen, sticker, and notebook you pick up from Mikan General Store. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days upon delivery to decide if it’s right for you.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Please email us at return@mikangeneralstore.com or reply to your order confirmation email before sending anything back. Once we acknowledge your request, we’ll provide the return address and next steps.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we’re unable to issue refunds for items lost in transit.
We’re unable to accept returns on Lucky Bags, personalised items, gift cards, or items marked “Final Sale”, unless they are faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If we’ve sent the wrong item or something arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know and we’ll make it right.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue so we can assess it quickly. If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping cost.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d prefer a different colour or style, please return the original item first and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refund process
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 working days. We’ll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it can take up to 15 working days for the credit to appear on your statement. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider, and these timelines are outside of our control.
