Processing times
Orders are currently processed within 2 working days after you receive your order confirmation email. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive another email with shipping details and tracking information.

Pre-orders
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are listed on each product page. Please check the product page before ordering.
Ordering pre-order and in-stock items together: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, please leave a note at checkout to let us know whether you'd like them dispatched together (once the pre-order arrives) or separately (in-stock items shipped first, pre-order shipped later — additional shipping costs may apply).
Order merging: If you've placed multiple orders and would like them combined to save on shipping, please reach out to us at hello@mikangeneralstore.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping methods and costs
Orders are sent using the shipping option you select at checkout. In rare cases, we may use a different carrier for operational reasons, but the service level and delivery aim will remain the same.
All delivery times shown are estimated working days after dispatch. Please allow up to 2 working days for processing on top of this.
For orders shipping to the EU, US, Switzerland, Norway and Sweden: we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services where available. This means all import tax and duties are already included in the price, so your order should arrive without customs delays or surprise fees.
