Necktie

Necktie (ネクタイ) is an atelier based in Hokkaido, created by husband-and-wife duo Norikazu Aizawa (相澤範和) and Asami (亜沙美). Working from a town about an hour outside Sapporo, they create illustrations, designs, and paper goods inspired by the things they find cute and interesting. Their work often features local plants, animals, and cheerful everyday scenes, all drawn in warm, cozy colors. They also run a shop where they sell their own paper goods and host exhibitions featuring other makers. Known for their love of retro cars, their current favorite is affectionately called “Homy-chan.”
