Hitotoki

Launched in 2017 by Japanese office supply company King Jim, Hitotoki (一時, meaning “a moment”) was created to turn everyday stationery into something more expressive and personal. The brand first gained international attention with its award-winning KITTA series, a portable format of card-sized washi tape designed for ease of use on the go.
Hitotoki is also known for its SODA transparent tapes and Coffret film stickers, both designed to support layering and creative composition.

By collaborating with independent illustrators, each release feels thoughtfully curated and visually distinctive. Alongside its decorative products, Hitotoki also develops functional notebooks with lay-flat binding, combining practical design with a soft, modern aesthetic.
