Collection: Aiko Fukawa

Aiko Fukawa is a Japanese illustrator, designer, and picture book artist, and a graduate of Tokyo National University of Fine Arts. She creates both visual worlds and the stories that live within them. Her work is known for its soft, storybook style, often featuring whimsical animals in human-like settings, brought to life with a gentle, nostalgic touch.

She values the invisible things such as feelings, moods, and imagination, which quietly shape her creative process. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time in nature with her family, visiting rivers and the sea, and browsing local markets for fresh vegetables. Recently, she has been growing herbs on her balcony, with hopes of one day tending a small vegetable garden.
